SHIPPING

All orders are posted in the UK using Royal Mail and will be shipped within 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise. Bigger items, such as vases are more expensive due to their weight. 

I use recycled materials - this means everything I buy is recyclable or is made from recycled materials. I will also reuse packaging materials from parcels I receive. If there are packaging peanuts in your parcel, these are disolvable in water.

If you live locally, we can arrange collection (enter COLLECT) at checkout, but please do try and collect promptly.

If you live internationally, please get in touch to ask for a quote. I'm working on shipping to the USA. You will be responsible for paying any customs or import duties. 
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I'm happy to receive a return and issue a refund within 10 working days of you receiving your item/s if you're not happy with your purchase. You are responsible for packaging and sending the item back - if I receive it and it is visibly used, broken or damaged in any way, I will not be able to issue a refund.
 

POTTERY CARE

Everything on this website is designed and made from start to finish by me. A lot of time and love goes into these pieces and in order for them to live a long life, their new owner must also care for them appropriately. Handwash is always preferable and avoid putting in the microwave. 

Please also note, that where possible I try to make items as similar as possible, unless it's a one-off or bespoke item. This means there will always be an element of variation. I'll try and update images if anything changes in the making process that affects their final look, but please also embrace the fact that your pot will be handmade and entirely unique.
 

PRIVACY POLICY

When you visit my website, some data will automatically be captured, and in other instances you will need to provide your own personal data in order to complete activities such as join my mailing list or purchase an item. I won't be using your data for any other purpose other than what it has been specified for.
